Pressing Instructions

Press at 300 to 350 for 20 to 30 seconds depending on your heat press. 

Turn your garment inside out and press again for about 10 seconds and your done.

"Mini" Dimensions: Height 5 1/2inches, Width 7inches

"Mama" Dimensions: Height 8inches, Width 10inches
